Term & Conditions
1. The membership card is valid within 1 year from issued date.
2. Members are required to present their Membership Cards to enjoy privileges in the Hotel.
3. The privileges will be extended only to the Members whose name appears on the Card.
4. Lost or stolen membership card must be reported to Mebership Service (rexpreferrredguest@rex.com.vn Tel: (84)8 38292185). A processing fee of USD25.00 will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expriration date as first card.
5. The membership card may be transferred, please notify to Mebership Service
